My weekly meetings with Seanie gave me the space to step away from the day-to-day demands of managing a youth football team and think more clearly about my leadership.
As we prepared for an elite tournament, we worked through everything from managing players and staff to decision-making, communication and dealing with pressure. Having someone outside the environment to challenge my thinking and offer a different perspective was invaluable.
